Our next Low Res Staged Reading is Where Did I Leave my Purdah, by Mahesh Dattani. Rita Bhatia has directed the reading. This is a free event.

The reading will take place on Sunday, June 30 at 2:30 PM at our studio in Belmont. Admission is free. RSVP is required to attend. Seating is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

About the play:

Where Did I Leave my Purdah explores the life of an aging diva, Nazia Sahiba, and her complex relationships with those closest to her. With Partition as a backdrop, the play moves between the past and the present, revealing hidden resentments, passions, and long suppressed rivalries.
